The watch is comfortable to wear, more than the much more expensive date/day Pulsar I have.
It keeps time well.
It doesn't look enormous on my small wrist.
The local jeweler was able to adjust the band by taking off links; that only cost $10.
I think the sparkly crystals add a feminine look.
The face isn't blue, like it looks in the picture; nor is it noticeably "mother of pearl" except at certain angles, though it does have a pearly white cast which is attractive.
Cons:
The biggest drawback is that I got this particular watch because it supposedly has luminous hands for nightime viewing, and I wanted to see the time in the dark; however, the hands do not show up in the dark at all.A friend told me it has to be in a bright light first in order to activate the luminosity, but I have worn it outdoors everyday, here in the Sunny South.
I had to have my husband adust the clasp so it was a little looser; I couldn't open or close it, but most people probably have stronger fingers than I.
It isn't intuitively obvious how to adjust the day/date mechanism--no instructions came with it.I just kept fooling with it til it worked, by trial and error.
