(More customer reviews)When I received it I was very pleased with its appearance. The only thing I had to do was take it to the jewelers to have them take a couple of the links out. I'm not a small guy but I guess they were just making sure all those 400 pound firefighters had enough room. Overall happy with my new watch and how it looks. Great gift for any firefighter.
