(More customer reviews)This was a fantastic watch for 3 years, and then it died.I had purchased a 5 year warranty from Timex after I purchased the watch.I thought it was just a bad battery, which was supposedly good for 7 years, but the watch quit working after 3years. So I contacted Timex, and they said to send it back and they would send me a replacement.About a month later, I got my broken watch back with a note saying it could not be repaired.Timex sent me a replacement, but it was not the same watch.I then contacted Timex and they said they would send me a mailer in which to send the watch back.When I had not received the mailer in 10 days, I contacted Timex again and the rep said she would send me another one, which I received in 3 days(today). I will mail it(the wrong replacement) back tomorrow and see what happens. I will say that Timex customer service people that I talked to on the phone were very nice and professional.Unfortunately someone sent me the wrong watch as a replacement for the broken one. Let's hope they get it right this time.Timex has a good reputation, but for $100 for the watch, I should not have had this problem.
